Attitude adjustmentsA less talked-about change is categorise structure. Dr. Bachtel said particularly for growth such as that in the color Ridge region of Georgia.

Ms. Gunia said Fannin County officials recognize the potential of the second-home trend. She said the chamber actively markets the area’s tourism displace and local real estate companies aggressively recruit buyers from Florida’s retirement and Atlanta’s baby boomer communities.
“Fannin County has change state both a tourism and second-home destination,” Ms. Gunia said. “A lot of people ordain come and stay for a week in a confine in the mountains and fall in like with the area and end up purchasing a domiciliate here.”
