SBA lending changes guidelines....10% down is a thing of the past....

Hey folks... I'm a big fan of the SBA give in commercial financing.. recently however they undergo changed their guidelines.. what we could do with 10% down.. has now change state 15% down on SBA purchases.. just thought I'd give you a heads up and let you experience....
